Liability Waiver and Participation Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and taking part in the class, I declare that I have read, understood and agree to the terms below.

1. Health condition

I declare that I am in adequate physical and health condition to take part in a moderate-intensity dance class. I have no medical condition, injury or restriction that prevents me from doing physical activity — or, if I do, I have consulted a doctor and been cleared to participate.

2. Voluntary participation and risks

My participation is voluntary. I understand that all physical activity involves inherent risks — including, among others, fatigue, muscle soreness, sprains and falls — and I take responsibility for respecting my own limits during the class.

3. Release of liability

In exchange for being allowed to take part in the class, I release, waive and discharge NK Move, its owners and founders, instructors, staff, volunteers and the host venue (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses and liability for injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to my participation.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE INCLUDES CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. It does not release gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Medical emergency

In case of emergency, I authorize the organization to arrange medical care on my behalf, with any costs being my responsibility.

5. Use of image

I authorize photos and videos to be taken during the event and their use by NK Move in promotional materials (social media, website and ads), without compensation. If I do not wish to appear, I will notify the organization in writing before the class begins.

6. Adults only (18+)

This class is open to participants aged 18 or older. Age may be verified at the door. A ticket bought for someone under 18 will be refunded in full and admission will not be granted.

7. Tickets and refunds

The ticket is personal and valid only for the event date. Full refund up to 3 days (72h) before the class. After that no refund is available, but the ticket can be transferred to another person. If the event is cancelled by the organization, the full amount will be refunded.
